Working across iOS and Android, I reimagined how surveys are delivered and presentedimproving engagement, trust, and system performance. The product now supports research across Business Messaging, Payments, and commerce tools, helping shape decisions at global scale. Design trade-offs included balancing survey visibility with trust, designing for low-friction engagement, and scaling to support global research needs with minimal engineering overhead.
