I led the 0→1 design of a new Meta Viewpoints program that asked participants to share their iOS Screen Time activity. The goal was to create a repeatable research program that could surface long-term insights into digital behaviors while keeping the experience simple and trustworthy.

Working with a Content Designer, I shaped the end-to-end journey — from onboarding and task framing to step-by-step visual instructions and trust-building copy. The design reduced friction in a multi-step technical process and ensured participants felt supported and in control.

Results: Achieved exceptionally high participation rates and sustained program retention over time — outcomes that are notoriously difficult to maintain in the industry — enabling Meta to build one of its most reliable longitudinal research programs.
