"The Catalog"
I led the redesign and modernization of Meta’s central metric management tool, known as The Catalog. The previous system had grown outdated, fragmented, and difficult to navigate, limiting discoverability and consistency of core metrics across teams. I wanted to bring a consumer-grade experience to an enterprise app.

Through a complete revamp, I introduced a modern and intuitive interface and reorganized how metrics are structured and accessed. The redesign made it easier for product leads, data scientists, engineers, PMs, and researchers to find, trust, and govern shared metrics—reducing duplication, improving onboarding, and strengthening decision-making across Meta. Design trade-offs included balancing flexibility for diverse teams with governance standards, optimizing speed of access while maintaining reliability, and creating a system that could scale with Meta’s expanding data needs.
